Description
Hill Rise Hall community centre comprises two main halls, kitchen and toilets. The Centre is typically open from 8am - 8pm and is used by a variety of people and groups. This requirement is for the removal of the existing exterior timber cladding, barge boards, facias and rainwater goods and replacement with new as per the Statement of requirements (Appendix A) . Works to be commenced before March 31st 2021.

Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council ('the Council') is committed to continuing to provide first class services and facilities. The Council is seeking to appoint a suitable contractor to replace the exterior cladding, barge boards, fascia's and rainwater goods to the Hill Rise Hall building in Basingstoke.
Works are to be carried out as per the specification included in this tender document
The Council has proposed the following timetable for this Tender process:
Dispatch of ITT: Friday 11th December 2020
Questions & Answers: Frid 11th Dec - Mon 18th Jan 2021
Return of Tender: 12.00.00 Friday 22nd January 2021
Evaluation of Tender: Wednesday 3rd February 2021
Notification of Contract Award to Tenderers: Monday 8th February 2021
Contract commencement meeting: TBA
The Council reserves the right to change the above timetable and Tenderers will be notified accordingly where there is a change in the timetable.
The Council is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers.
