Description
An urgent requirement exists to work with Home Office Border Force (BF) to develop a concept which will enable:
• a disabled small inflatable or other boat to be safely stabilised;
• compact devices which can be carried on a 7 metre RHIB to safely transfer occupants of a disabled vessel to another.
The successful bidder will be required to mobilise resources immediately and deliver a concept within a short time period.
Furthermore, to meet the BF requirements, it should be noted that BF retain the right to withdraw this requirement during any stage of this process.
