Description

The Trust are looking for a Supplier to provide a solution and programme of change to deliver: An online appraisal, 360 and job planning system which meets the needs of consultants and speciality doctors within SLaM for appraisal and revalidation. The system needs to be tailored to needs to Psychiatrists and any guidance from the RCPsych. The system will need to support the quality improvement agenda of the organisation and to work with the Trusts IT and current supplier to help transfer previous information and data.
