Description

A2Dominion Housing Group Ltd ("A2D"), is offering a unique opportunity to create a brand-new, vibrant café at the heart of the Elmsbrook Community - the first phase of the NW Bicester Eco Town in Bicester, Oxfordshire. The café, which is 134m2 excluding facilities, is being designed and built with space for a commercial kitchen and will provide space for 40-50 covers (approx.). The café provider will be required to fit out the kitchen and dining area. The flexibility of the new space means a business has the potential to stamp their own brand on the venue in partnership with A2Dominion and exponentially grow their business. The café would be available for occupation in spring 2022.
Other amenities include: Opportunity to expand the café dining for events into connecting Community Hub; Outdoor seating to the front of the café; Catering opportunities for large events; Disabled access and parent and child facilities; Visitor's car/ cycle parking; Electric vehicle charging.
A2D will select a preferred partner to undertake the management of the café through a competitive Request for Proposal ("RFP") process. A2D therefore invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced operators who would be interested in submitting their proposal for this exciting opportunity.
Documents on the RFP process will be provided, via this portal, around 21/09/2020 and made available to all operators who have registered to express their interest. These documents will contain additional details on the café itself, the Elmsbrook community, and the process for selecting the preferred partner. in the meantime, a brochure regarding the café is attached
