Description

Prior notice ahead of a pre-tender market engagement exercise to be issued w/c 17/08/2020 in the form of a Request for Information (RFI).

We are looking to conduct an initial strategic discovery exercise across our Insight Directorate to identify opportunities to better utilise the data collected through the services we provide and seek a third party supplier's expertise on how to take service delivery and customer experience to the next level, to ensure we can drive better informed decision making across the NHS.

We will soon be issuing a contract notice for the RFI as we welcome the views and expertise of the supplier market through pre-market engagement to help shape our requirements with market knowledge, ahead of any formal procurement exercise.
