Description
The London Borough of Havering ("LBH") is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced contractors for the delivery of its door and window replacement programme 2021-2026. The programme includes the installation of replacement fire doors. Works will be delivered via fixed cost, SOR and quotation based pricing under a JCT Measured Term Contract (as amended) for a maximum of five years (3 + 1 + 1).
LBH is following a two-stage Restricted procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Under the first stage of the process, prospective bidders are required to complete a Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and its associated appendices. Following evaluation of submitted SQs, LBH will shortlist a maximum of 7 bidders to be Invited to Tender.
The estimated value of the Contract is £10,000,00.00; however the value could increase to a maximum of £20,000,000.00 over its Term.
