Description

We seek an academic partner to work alongside PVVP staff to develop a comprehensive theory of change, and an evaluative framework drawing upon the current "what works" evidence base. The successful organisation, will be required to develop a final evaluative report, which will be presented within a number of forums inclusive of the PVVP Governance Board and Chief Officers Group.
