Description

The Council of the London Borough of Ealing ("the Council" or "Ealing") invites you to tender for the provision of either or both Lots to support Mental Health in the Community.
Lot 1: Community support to stay well for adult residents of Ealing.

Lot 2: Community support for people with serious and long-term mental health needs to take part in and contribute to their communities (for example geographical, neighbourhood, special interest, Black and Minority Ethnic (BAME) groups, people who identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans (LGBT+) and to find or retain employment, leisure, education, housing and social life.
The contracts will be split into 2 Lots as stated above. Tenders will be able to bid for one or both lots, individually or as part of a consortium. The contract(s) will be for four years and will commence on the 1st April 2019.
We have published a notice in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) seeking bidders to participate in this Tender.
The Council will be carrying out this procurement using an Open Procedure under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) which may include negotiation with the preferred bidder only. The rules of the procedure governing the LTR are set out in Regulations 74 to 76 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCRs) as amended. However, other parts of the PCRs are also relevant.
