Description
Technical services to support detailed reviews and assurance of the emerging LTC cost estimate. The estimate will represent an Invitation to Tender Design, allowing Highways England to produce operational budgets before releasing information to supply chain.
To complete detailed independent assurance review of the Lower Thames Crossing Project works packages identified below along with associated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) from current day to completion and handover to operations. The review should test that:
- The Direct and Indirect Works (including review of detailed Bills of Quantities) reflecting the full scope of the works including the development, planning, procurement, delivery, test and commissioning, and handover stages.
- The Direct and Indirect Works (including review of detailed Bills of Quantities) align with the project's key assumptions and exclusions.
