Description

Under the CTOaaSthe Stance lead developed a draft closure report, which has been elaborated upon by Directorate leads. Work is required to formalise and agree work packages for transition into business as usual, to include metrics for success and agreed delivery dates. The intention is to outsource this activity to the Stance lead, who led the underpinning activity, this will provide independent assurance to the IT Director and is anticipated to require up to 10 days (2 days per month) to the end of December.
