Description

As part of our covid recovery plan, East Devon District Council is seeking to review new development and placemaking opportunities within the Axe Valley to the east of our district. We are seeking a team of property and related consultants who can advise on project feasibility for various potential opportunities within Axminster and Seaton in order to prepare for a capital bid to the Government's Levelling Up Fund should a future round be forthcoming later this year/early 2022.

This has been funded by the European Regional Development Fund
