Description

Bidders are asked to submit a formal tender for the "North Street Warehouse Roof Recovering Work".

The work will involve the recovering of the existing flat roof which has a bitumen and previous repair finish. The roof membrane is to be applied using a cold process not requiring a hot works permit.
