Description

Elmbridge Borough Council`s (EBC) Countryside Team manages 550 hectares of countryside comprising grassland, mixed woodland and heathland. Management of these sites involves the use of heavy agricultural equipment including an EBC owned tractor. Following a benchmarking exercise with teams that undertake similar operations in Surrey and market research by the Countryside Team the fit for purpose tractor identified to replace the current model was a Valtra N134V SmartTouch.

We will consider a second-hand model Valtra N134V SmartTouch that meets the specification. The Countryside Team's existing tractor is available for part exchange against the Valtra N134V- the existing tractor is a 2007 McCormick CX105 which currently has done 2849 hours, its last service was on completion of 2649 hours on 15/01/16.
