Description

This is a Further Competition Call-Off from Lot 3 of ESPO Framework 509 (Parking Management Solutions).Torbay Council led a collaborative procurement to implement and operate a cashless parking payment service across nine other Authorities in the county of Devon. The Service Provider must offer the service to all collaborative Authorities and must demonstrate the coverage of the system used across the Authorities' areas. With this collaborative approach, the majority of parking within Devon will be covered under this procurement to ensure customers are not required to register with several different providers as they travel between Authorities throughout Devon.
