Description

The Police and Crime Commissioner for West Yorkshire have awarded a contract to an experienced horse recovery expert to assist the Force in recovering horses found loose on the public highway 24/7, 365(6) days a year. The recovered horses will be transported to a secure location and where possible returned to their owners, should the owner be identified.
