Description

The London Borough of Hillingdon intends to replace the existing Communal Lighting system within the following three sheltered housing schemes as part of a third phase of upgrades:

Darrel Charles Court, 100 Park Road, Uxbridge, UB8 2LE. The block comprises of 37 one-bedroom flats each with lounge, kitchen, shower and toilet

Missouri Court, Bridle Road, Eastcote, HA5 2TH. The block comprises of 34 one-bedroom flats each with lounge, kitchen and bathroom and 9 Bedsits each with a kitchen and bathroom.

James Court, Hallowell Road, Northwood, HA6 1UD. 100 Park Road, Uxbridge, UB8 2LE. The block comprises of 36 one-bedroom flats each with lounge, kitchen and bathroom

The new Communal Lighting System works will broadly comprise of the installation of LED (Light Emitting Diode) luminaries supplied from Control Panels with local test positions. It includes; but not limited to the design, supply, and installation, commissioning and hand-over of a complete Communal Lighting System with integrated emergency lighting. It includes the provision of O&M Manuals and training to the Hillingdon Housing Service (HHS) representative in charge of the block.
