Description
The council is seeking to award a framework agreement to an economic operator able to provide Specialist Enforcement Services likely to include, but not limited to, any types of evictions from Council owned residential accommodation, council owned land, squatters, removal of materials and trespassers from common land and private land. Alternatively the economic operator may be acting in support of the Council in enforcing its statutory powers under the Highways Act 1980, or any other legislation relevant to any particular enforcement.
