Description

Hastings Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of a new commercial unit, on the Castleham Estate in St. Leonards on Sea.

The project is likely to be under a Design and Build Contract and the scope of works will also include the provision of relocated car-parking and some hard/soft landscaping, with possible provision for new substation.
