Description

Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Authority is seeking to contract for the delivery of its scope of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) servicing and maintenance requirements. The requirements include planned preventative maintenance (PPM), 24/7 reactive maintenance and repairs, optional additional services, and contract management responsibilities including KPI reporting.

The opportunity is available in two Lots.

Lot 1 - ALL asset types and services
Lot 2 - Asset types and services are separated into three (3) sub-Lots
2A - Specialist Mechanical
2B - Mechanical & Electrical
2C - Specialist Electrical

Bidders may compete in any or all Lots / sub-Lots. Information on the assets within each of the sub-Lots can be found in the tender pack. For the avoidance of doubt, contracts will not be awarded in both Lots. The Authority will only select Lot 1 or Lot 2 for award. The selected lot for award will be based on the most economically advantageous tender/s after evaluation of Lot 1 and the sub-Lots of Lot 2.

Contract period is 2 years fixed term with optional 48 month extensions in 12-month intervals.
