Description
We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced developer to develop our new head office building on land
that we have acquired in a central Newcastle-upon-Tyne location. Developers are sought who have experience
of delivering similar new build commercial projects. The developer will be expected to purchase the land from
us, construct the building in accordance with the requirements specified in the tender pack and lease back to
