Description

Replace 12 number roof extract fans to the Surgical Block 71.
There are 4 number extract units installed on the upper roof level which can be accessed via a cat ladder. There will be a requirement for lifting equipment, such as genie lifts, to offload the new units onto the upper level.
There are 8 number other extract units installed on the main roof to be replaced.
