Description

Carry out requirements gathering by interviewing FOW CoE partners and other industry stakeholders to determine what information they want from the database and how they envisage using the system;
Develop a clear scope for a basic supply chain database and analysis interface, based on "use cases" and user needs identified;
Identify and review existing relevant data sources, and broker access to these (where possible);
Build and populate a basic (v1) database and associated management systems;
Build a user interface (e.g. website) and connect with visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) to allow data analysis, data entry, interpretation, aligned with different stakeholder needs;
