Description
The Bath River Line project aims to create a 10km continuous, high quality walking and cycling route from Newbridge to Batheaston. Along the route, will be a series of improved public realm spaces and inviting parks and green spaces, where visitors and residents can enjoy the riverside and natural beauty of Bath's city parks.
The project has been divided into 2 phases or work packages.
• Work package 1: Bath River Line West (Newbridge to Pulteney Bridge)
• Work package 2: Bath River Line East (Pulteney Bridge to Batheaston)
We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to develop a cohesive Landscape Masterplan Vision along the entirety of the Bath River Line from Newbridge to Batheaston (WP1 and 2). We also require detailed landscape designs for the riverside, path and green spaces along Bath River Line West to RIBA stage 3 or Landscape Work Stage D/E. The scope of this tender is to develop the project so that it can be included in the Full Business Case submission to the West of England Combined Authority (WECA) in July 2021.
