Following a competitive open procurement exercise, the successful supplier was Tetley's Motor Services Limited, with the evaluation based upon the most Advantagous Tender. The service was to provide a staff shuttle bus from Quarry House Leeds to and from the Leeds Central Railway Station in the morning and early evening, 5 days Monday to Friday. This was for a period of 2 years with an option by the Authority to extend to a further 1 year.
