Description

University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (UHB NHSFT) is seeking a provider with the appropriate experience to provide a Summative Assessment for its MD TEC Facility.
The Medical Devices Testing and Evaluation Centre (MD-TEC) is a £7million project supported by the European Regional Development Fund 2014-2020. MD-TEC sits within the investment priority axis, Innovation 1b - promoting business and investment in R&I (ERDF) as part of the European Structural Innovation Fund (ESIF). It assists small to medium enterprises within the Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership to commercialise their medical/digital medical devices into the healthcare market. The project ends in December 2019 and requires a summative assessment to evaluate its impact within the Midlands Lifesciences eco -system.
