Brief Description of Requirement
There is a general shortage of rich data on equality outcomes for businesses in the UK.
In particular, for this project, we are interested in aggregate indicators of business success for organisations with historically disadvantaged groups in the senior leadership team, including looking at intersectional outcomes.
For example, what is the size and growth performance of majority women-led businesses? What sectors do Chinese-led businesses tend to operate in? What about the performance of businesses run by Black African women?
We are interested in looking at major ethnic groups separately, rather than treating them as a "BME" or "BAME" business. This is as other information suggests that the business outcomes and barriers vary widely by ethnic minority group, for example for cultural, geographical, class or historic reasons.
We are mainly interested in the for-profit sector in this project.
Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the Document Uploads tab within the Delta eSourcing Portal.
This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria as set out in the ITQ document.
