Description
The London Borough of Hackney is seeking to appoint an organisation to deliver a bicycle rent scheme for residents in the London Borough of Hackney for a minimum period of 1 year. Participants will be able to loan a bicyle for one month for £10 as a way to encourage residents to try cycling.
