Description
Leicester City Council (the Authority) working with Leicestershire County Council invites quotations for the provision of a competent and experienced consultant to develop and deliver an Energy Infrastructure Strategy for the Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership (LLEP) area.
Quotes are invited for strategy development and facilitation services to support the development of an Energy Infrastructure Strategy and Implementation Plan for the LLEP area. Energy in this context includes energy for light, heat, power and transport.
The proposed contract will be for six months. We anticipate awarding to a single Supplier.
