Description

This NHS Health Check Training Trainer Services are designed to support those who are delivering Health Checks to meet the core competencies required. This is to ensure that all individuals receive the appropriate level of care to enable them to take control of their health and wellbeing. The target Health Check Training providers include:

• GP's, Practice nurses and HCAs
• Pharmacists/ pharmacy staff
• Community based providers e.g. local charities, sports centres etc.
The training will be analysed and may be developed as informed by a Quality Assurance approach for the Hampshire NHS Health Check Programme. The anticipated initial contract duration will be 1 February 2017 to 31 March 2019.
