Description

Warwickshire County Council is seeking to commission a Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Producer Compliance Scheme to provide containers and service WEEE Designated Collection Facilities in Warwickshire. Full details of the sites and the requirements are laid out in the Specification.

Warwickshire County Council requires a Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Producer Compliance Scheme partner to provide containers collect, haul and treat and/or dispose of WEEE from Designated Collection Facilities in the county during the Term. The Supplier shall provide the service free of charge. The Council would like for the Supplier to share with the Council any income derived from the net scrap value of WEEE and Household Waste Batteries collected from the DCFs.
The ITQ has been issued using the Council's e-tendering portal, and the whole procurement process will be managed using this system.
Applicants are required to answer all of the questions and return their completed response (including any associated documentation) by: - no later than Monday 6th June 2022 at 12.00 noon

The initial contract term will be 3 years commencing on 01 August 2022; however, the Council reserves the right to extend the contract by further period(s) up to but not exceeding 24 months in total. Maximum Term: 5 years (including 24-month extension period)
