Description
To develop an overarching income generation strategy that will enable SDNPA to diversify its sources of income and create a long term and sustainable fund raising programme. The fund raising programme needs to be developed in detail and should include a corresponding implementation plan to begin during 2015-16. Lead times to develop the strategy should be clearly stated. Specifically the strategy should:
• Deliver a full situational analysis of the Authority from an income generation and fundraising perspective.
• Recommend the main fund raising opportunities for the organisation and, where appropriate, key partners and set out how to harness these.
• Give clear indication of priorities i.e. where the quickest wins lie and corresponding timeline.
• Recommend the appropriate skill sets required to deliver the strategy.
• Provide an assessment of the likely income forecast including consideration of risks.
