Description

We are seeking input from the market to gauge the level of interest in providing a social housing broadband service to the Councils housing stock. The Council is looking to work with a supplier to provide an affordable broadband solution for its social housing stock. This will be a combination of high rise multi-tenancy blocks, medium rise blocks, sheltered accommodation, and clusters of housing stock as well as individual properties. A breakdown of the Birmingham City Council housing stock is listed below;

o 213 tower blocks - ~10,000 households
o TBC medium rise blocks
o TBC Sheltered accommodation
