Description

Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of Passive Fire Protection to carry out works in response to Fire Risk Assessments including but not limited to Flat front door replacement, Roof void compartmentation, Communal door replacement and general Fire Stopping of services through compartment walls.
The proposed initial Contract will be for three years with an option to extend for a further period or periods totalling no more than two years. This contract is divided into 3 different lots (Lot 1 - External Composite Fire resisting doorsets and windows, Lot 2 - Fire resisting doorsets and windows and Lot 3 - Fire Compartmentation and fire stopping systems). The Authority anticipate awarding to a single Supplier in each lot.
