The role of Customer Research Partner for Riverside has been established to provide an external and independent organisation to collate and analyse our customers' views, attitudes, aspirations and opinions through a mechanism they can trust to be anonymous and to provide the appropriate resource to support the work of the Customer Intelligence Team.
