Description

Since June 2015 external management has supported the implementation of the full DI Operating Model (DIOM). That work has involved detailed design, development and implementation of a new, pan-organisation operating model for Defence Intelligence. It has formed the core of DI's strategic transformation activity that aims to see a fundamental revision and optimisation of its structures, processes and outputs. Completion of the next phase in the programme is a challenging task and falls in line with the Strategic Defence and Security Review (SDSR) 2015 commitments that Defence and JFC have committed to within the Defence Intelligence context.
