Description

Undertake the National Rail Passenger Survey, with transfer of the historical database and methodology from the existing supplier from the middle of December 2016 with fieldwork commencing in February 2017 and running from agreed periods in the spring and autumn until the completion of the autumn 2018 wave and transfer to a new contract. Please note this contract may be extended for a further year up to completion of the autumn 2019 wave (or one year plus one up to completion of the autumn 2020 wave).
