Description
South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive (SYPTE) operates a number of transport interchanges across South Yorkshire. Customers use interchanges to catch bus services across the county as well as connecting with train and tram services in some interchanges. As well as transport services the interchanges provide additional facilities such as toilets, customer service desks, information services, shops and seating areas / shelters.
It is important that, as an organisation, we measure how these services are being delivered and understanding customers experiences and satisfaction levels is an important part of this. SYPTE is therefore looking to appoint a contractor to collect and analyse date on customer satisfaction via feedback terminals located at transport interchanges. This contract will be for a 2-year period with a maximum total budget of £20,000.
