Description

The required service is Semi-Independent Accommodation and Support provision for 16-25 year old Looked After Children and Care Leavers for the London Borough of Lewisham and Royal Borough of Greenwich. This will be delivered through a Preferred Provider Framework (PPF) structured around three lots:

Lot One - Accommodation Plus Support: This lot is for accommodation that is fully compliant with all statutory regulations and health and safety checks, with support in;
o High support units: 24 hour staffed units that are shared or standalone; and/or
o Medium support units: partially staffed units that are shared or standalone; and/or
o Low support units: unstaffed shared or standalone units with outreach included.

Lot Two - Accommodation only. This lot is for accommodation that is fully compliant with all statutory regulations and health and safety checks.

Lot Three - Outreach support (no provision of accommodation). This lot is for the provision of outreach support. It is open to Service Providers that do not provide accommodation, or are only willing to provide support. This will be a PPF spot-purchase framework for hourly support, quoted for in blocks of 5, 10 and 15 hours and/or at an hourly rate.

While the preference for Lewisham and Greenwich will always be to place in or near to our boroughs, we do have need for semi-independence accommodation and support across the country. Providers should identify their operational areas.
