Description
Film production services.
National Maritime Museum is seeking an experienced film production company to create three talking heads films for our forthcoming annual special exhibition at the National Maritime Museum: Insight Investment Astronomy Photographer of the Year.
Contractors will need to have a proven track record of:

The exhibition will be open from September 2019 to April 2020.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The appointed contractor will be responsible for the production of three exhibition films and online social media edits.
When submitting your expression of interest (via email only), please submit proof that you meet the criteria as outlined below:
Relevant experience - experience in film production, in at least 3 contracts within the last 3 years, that have been successfully and substantially completed and that are similar to the proposed works.
Capacity - the Tenderer is required to demonstrate that it has adequate resources and capacity net of current commitments (including receipt of letters intendent) and works in progress to ensure it can satisfactorily perform the contract that is the subject of this tender.
The RFQ information will be sent out to companies who expressed an interest and met our criteria on 20 May 2019. The deadline for receipt of quotations is 5 June 2019.
