Description

Leeds City Council is seeking a strategic partner who will not only provide traditional agency cover to meet peaks and troughs in demand but to also assist and offer solutions in meeting the financial challenges ahead and at the same time providing meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities. Following feedback at the supplier engagement event we are now seeking a Master Vendor partner who will have a significant influence on the direct supply of workers and be able to work with the Council to achieve its ambition to enhance Social Value across the City.
