Description

HEE requires the provision of Supporting and enabling people leading Maternity Transformation across their local healthcare systems.

The primary objective of this procurement is to appoint a qualified provider to lead the design, delivery and evaluation of a learning and development package fit for transferring transformational change and leadership skills to people leading local Maternity transformation. The purpose of this training is specifically to meet learning and development requirements for people working within leadership roles within their Local Maternity Systems (LMS) E.g. LMS leads, LMS chairs.

HEE are initially looking to pilot the training across five LMS sites in London.

The training is to be delivered by 31 March 2020.
