A mini competition was undertaken within the YPO (Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation) national framework for Plastic Wheeled Bins (Ref: 551). Tenders were evaluated on a 60% price, 40% quality evaluation methodology. MGB Plastics Limited scored the highest marks overall in terms of quality and price therefore were awarded the business.
