Description
Nottingham City Council (NCC) and Leicestershire County Council (LCC) formed the East Midlands Shared Services (EMSS) partnership in 2010 to deliver HR, Payroll and Finance Transactional Services. The Shared Service offers a sustainable solution to both councils in delivering more efficient and cost effective services.
