Description

Blackburn and Darwen Borough Council (BwDBC) are looking to appoint a Consultant to undertake and prepare a detailed technical appraisal and economic viability study into the establishment of a low carbon heat network covering the Town Centres in Blackburn and Darwen towns.\r
The outputs of the techno-economic feasibility study shall provide the necessary evidence/information to inform the Council's Climate Emergency Action Plan (CEAP), in terms of delivering on the objective of decarbonisation of heating.
