Brief Description of Requirement

These can also be found in the ZIP folder titled "Tender Pack (Design Pack).zip"

The purpose of this tender excersie is to procure the services of a main contractor to deliver the construction of the new multi-functional industrial building. The tender documentation supporting this opportunity outlay the requirements for this build as well as further technical details around its use once completed.

This new building will be initially occupied by one of the RAL Estates Teams

This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
