Description

SolarWinds maintenance renewal service (on-going support).
The service provides IT management software to manage both on-premise and cloud infrastructures and applications to better understand the health and performance of those services, where improvements can be made.
Support Services to be included in this contract are technical support, phone & email support (Mon-Fri 9:00 - 17:30), annual 2 hrs remote training session (for new users/re-training), annual remote Orion Health Check and recommendation report, dedicated Account Manager, Renewal Team and Technical Teamalth and performance of those services, where improvements can be made.
