Description

The project will evaluate the effectiveness, governance and early impact of the Climate Leadership in Cities (CLIC) programme, providing:
I. An early formative evaluation on the suitability of the governance structure and performance of the delivery partners;
II. An early impact evaluation of the effectiveness of delivery of technical assistance, global research and national advocacy in achieving programme direct outputs and progress towards medium term objectives.
III. A review of BEIS results reporting on CLIC, and a simplified results tool.
