Description

Bromley CCG islooking to commission mental health services that will facilitate the transition from formal treatment to sustained recovery in the community. Working collaboratively with service users to achieve their full potential by exploring and discovering the assets and resources they have as individuals, families and communities. A key feature of the service will be supporting people to retain and access mainstream employment, volunteering and training opportunities. The service will also provide training and education to employers on how best to support employees with mental health problems in the work place.
