Description

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council (the Council) wish to standardise the end user compute (EUC) technology estate for its mobile workforce and the increased number of home workers.

The output required is a statement of the cost to provide the requested quantity of headsets and associated support over a specified period.

The Council plans to purchase headsets to support its staff in the new ways of working with Teams and softphone solution. This will support a wide set of ambitions and requirements the Authority wish to realise as it progresses on the Southend 2050 roadmap.
