This procurement relates solely to element (B): development of the site to improve access and create a high-quality public visitor space). The commission will consist of two packages of work at a fixed price covering the following: Package 1: Feasibility, options appraisal and concept design; Package 2: Development of the agreed design option and preparation to the point of Scheduled Monument Consent submission and, if necessary, Planning Application submission; development of detailed specification for the tender documentation for the landscaping and interpretation contractor/s; assistance with tender evaluation and advice; and overseeing contractor delivery to the point of site handover to Hull City Council.
